Our art sessions can get messy so we recommend you & your child/ren wear old clothes that you don't mind getting
paint on and/or bring an apron/overalls. We do use a lot of 'washable' paints however, we cannot guarantee that everything will come out in the wash.
All materials & equipment needed for the sessions will be supplied by us.
Please bring a named bottle of water
to drink for your child and we will
provide the tea & coffee!
All sessions should be booked in
advance and payment must be made
at the time of booking.
If all sessions are fully booked, you may request to be added to the waiting list and places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
Those on the waiting list will be the first to be notified of new sessions being added.
The Registration Form in your Booking Confirmation email must be completed prior to the session taking place.
The Art Studio 314 will offer a full refund for any booked sessions that are cancelled up to 2 weeks (14 calendar days) before
the session takes place.
For sessions cancelled within 2 weeks
(14 calendar days) of the session date,
we will endeavour to fill your space
from the waiting list (if applicable).
If the space can be filled then we will
offer a full refund for the session.
We will take photographs and videos of workshops and sessions for use on social media pages & our website.
Anyone participating in a club or workshop may be included in
these images & their faces may be clearly visible unless permission has
been denied during club sign up.
Permission can be granted or
removed at any time in writing to hello@theartstudio314.com
We reserve the right to use any images if no faces or identifying features are visible.
Parents accompanying children to sessions are welcome to take their own photos and videos but must not share these images (inc. on social media)
if they contain anyone other
than their own child/ren.
